- Right of withdrawal
- 14 days from receipt of the order. Products must be sent back within 14 days of notification. Refund within 14 days of notification, which may be deferred until the products are received or proof of dispatch is provided; initial standard shipping costs refunded; return costs borne by the customer.
- Exception
- Under Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
